Measurement is a critical component of any school and HCDS is no exception. For students, in addition to the New York State Assessments and Alternate Assessments, we measure student learning continuously, at the level of the individual, "moment-to- moment". For the teacher, we measure the accuracy and rate at which instruction is presented. Below is a description of the measurement elements that lead up to the school-wide summary data.
